Carey Lowell (born April 15 1970) is an American actor. Carey Lowell began her modeling career for designer brands Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and others. The beginning of her acting career came in the movie 'Dangerously Close' (1986). In the same year, she was a star in the movie 'Club Pardise. She was in a "James Bond: Licence to kill' film (1989). She reprised the part by singing in the game 007 Legends. However, her best-known work is her TV performance as Jamie Ross in the American TV Drama 'Law & Order'. Disillusioned by the media in the early 2000s, she chose to go to New York University and study documentary filmmaking. In the year 2016, her three-year separation with the actor Richard Gere was finalized. Lowell has, ever since has remained clear of controversy.
